The Wall Street Journal recently published on November 28th an article titled “ A Thanksgiving For the Innovation That Saves Babies.” The author, Alison Gopnik reflected on how she personally appreciates the research and genius of those scientists who have delivered the medical solutions her grandchildren Georgie and Attie have needed. She reflects on these “human adventurers” who explore the frontiers of knowledge with admiration.
