Internists from across the United States gathered last week for continuing medical education, camaraderie and practice insight.  For physicians and other decision makers looking for best possible pricing on adult vaccines, Medical Practice Purchasing group was there in support.

Pediatricians have been employing this vaccine purchasing strategy for several years now, which is ordering directly through the manufacturers with a PBG affiliation.  With the goal of improving adult immunization rates in the U.S., clinicians need savings opportunities on vaccines to prevent Pneumonia , Zoster, Hepatitis A & B, HPV,  Influenza and others.

Many Internists stopped by the MPPG booth in appreciation of the support and signed –up for the discounts they needed.  Other visitors were vendors looking to partner with MPPG by offering savings or contract pricing to MPPG members.

The ACP Internal Medicine Meeting 2017 is scheduled for San Diego California and is expected to be a wonderful conference as well.
