Tuesday the ACIP voted to make an adjustment in the immunization schedule for HPV Vaccine use in pre-teens. The FDA approved this new 2 dose administration for boys and girls age 9 to 14 yrs of age. The new prescribing information shows this 2 dose schedule for this age group. For patients 15 years to 26, the 3 dose series for HPV will continue to be the indication and recommendation AAP News
