Although pharmacies can aggressively solicit patients for preventative services, such as influenza vaccines, these services ideally belong in the doctor’s office. Primary Care Physicians can stay ahead of the curve and keep their private practice business competitive by utilizing the immunization support materials & resources available through the vaccine manufacturers. With flu for example, Sanofi Pasteur has provided e-mail and text templates, signs and posters that may be used to get early communications out to patients. These thoughtfully include COVID considerations as well. The content may easily be tailored to meet the needs of each practice.
